Fully finished faces with soldered returns, the premium finish are of unsurpassable superior quality. Where the face meets the return, the resulting edge is filed and then highly polished, leaving a continuous soldered return.

We can offer a variety of different materials for exterior and interior use, including titanium coatings which are renowned for their durability outdoors.

Premium finished built up metal letters can be manufactured from as small as 50mm high with a 6mm return, in a range of materials and variations.

Acrylic

Routed or laser cut (dependant on the thickness of the material) each customised project is carefully hand crafted and finished. Where the face meets the return, a two part solvent and gluing process ensures maximum strength and durability.

We can manufacture built up acrylic letters from 150mm high with a 15mm return (dependant on the typeface), in a variety of colours and variations.
