Screen Printing
This process can be carried out on most materials such as metals, plastics and vinyl and is very versatile. Producing screen printed signs requires the cost and setting up of the screen and artwork which means it is only really cost effective for larger runs.
Unlike engraving screen printing can merge colours, shade and create very fine detail, so although the cost of the screen is involved in some cases it can still be used when other processes are not recommended and still represent good value for money.
We silk screen print to a very high standard and then also use a baking process that bonds the ink to the surface when using the appropriate materials, this provides both a better finish and a longer lasting product.For all signs and codes please see our PDF brochure below.
